I’m Angie
I help you rebuild movement in your life safely, step by step — even if you are starting again.
To be honest, I never really felt comfortable in traditional gyms.
I also realized that in large groups, personal attention often gets lost.
At the time I wasn’t particularly fit, and it sometimes felt like no one really cared how I was moving or whether I was doing the exercises correctly.
This experience stayed with me.
For a long time I was searching for a different approach to movement.
Then I realized that it’s not intensity that truly moves us forward, but control, technique, and building strength in a sustainable and conscious way.
Especially over 40 — or when someone returns to movement after a longer break — speed is no longer what matters most. Attention does.
That is why I work in a way where every movement is safe, understandable, and supports real progress — rather than pushing the body into overload.
During my years of coaching I realized something important:
most people don’t give up because training is hard, but because they don’t feel truly seen and supported.
This is why I’ve created a system where the foundations come first:
spine protection, stable core, good posture, and free natural movement.
Strength is built on top of this — consciously and with control.
Every load is adjusted so you can develop confidence and stability step by step, and where asking questions is always welcome — because there are no “stupid questions”, only attention that helps us understand movement better.
At Angie VIP Mozgás-Stúdió, I work with small groups so I can have the time to truly focus on each individuals — body’s signals, progress, and motivation.
This is not a quick-fix program.
It is a long-term journey where what matters is that a year from now you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body.
