Basic Package: Booked sessions that are not attended are considered part of the package.

Buteyko breathing method

Breathing is the foundation of health and movement — yet most of us rarely pay attention to it.
The Buteyko method restores conscious, diaphragm-driven breathing, which has a direct effect on stress levels, sleep quality, posture, and movement.
