Can I join if I’m a beginner?

Yes, absolutely! You are very welcome.
The trainings are structured so you can start safely and progress gradually.

What if I haven’t exercised in a long time?

That’s exactly where I can help the most. Restarting always happens at your own pace, according to your body and your current capacity.

What if I have back / knee pain — is that a problem?

Not at all. In fact, many people come to me because of this. As long as the pain is not chronic, training can usually be adapted safely. Every session is adjusted to your current condition, and we always prioritize safety.

How does the first session work?

During the first session, we talk about your goals and any possible concerns, and then start with a light warm-up workout. Everything begins gently and gradually.

What should I bring to the first session?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, a towel, and a bottle of water.
You can also bring training shoes, although I prefer natural contact with the ground, so exercises are usually performed without shoes — unless you have ankle or knee issues.
You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but all necessary equipments (such as mats, etc.) are provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

VIP Personal Training
Missed sessions are handled flexibly, however please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.

Exclusive Partner Training
Absences in this format are handled flexibly: if one participant cannot attend, the session can be rescheduled. Please make sure to notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

VIP Small Group Training
Attendance management depends on the training package you have chosen.
